Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days prior to shipment. Once shipped, delivery within the United States will be completed within 3-5 business days. Orders only ship on business days (M-F). Orders placed before 1 PM Pacific Time and verified will ship the same business day; after 1 PM Pacific Time will ship the next business day.
Shipping is completed through USPS or UPS and tracking information will be provided to the customer.
Once shipped, Robolink is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen products. Robolink is also not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur.
If you experience delivery delays or a lost, damaged or stolen product, please contact USPS or UPS and file a claim. If you need any additional information for your claim, please contact us at admin@robolink.com, and we will do our best to provide assistance.
International Orders
We currently do not ship internationally. We do have many partners internationally. Please refer to our international partners page for information about resellers.
