Our mission is to empower educators and classrooms around the world with tools to help students explore the wonders of coding, engineering, and innovation through robotics. We do so by equipping educators with kits and suites of tools that don't just make the learning fun, it also makes the teaching a delight.
Hi, we're Robolink!
We make robotics kits for students to learn about the joys and wonders of engineering, coding, and STEM. We want to help more students learn about how technology can be used creatively to make the world a better place.
Our Mission
Over 20,000 students taught personally by us
In over 4,000 schools around the world
Over 1,500 teams using our drone for competition
5 edtech awards & accolades
Our Story
We started in 2012 in San Diego as a small after school program amongst friends, teaching local kids about engineering with basic robotics components. As more students joined, we grew to become a formal after school learning center, with classes and summer camps, lead by a team of instructors from local universities.
Schools began purchasing our kits more and more, looking for kits that could teach STEM and coding without just staring at a screen. So we invested in creating another robotics kit, and in 2016, we raised $230K on Kickstarter and launched our first programmable drone: the CoDrone Pro.
We shared our curriculum with schools, after school, and camp partners. As demand grew, we began focusing on tailoring our content specifically for classroom settings and the needs of schools so we could focus on reaching more students.
In 2019, we launched another successful Kickstarter for our artificial intelligence-focused robot Zumi.
We feel—more than ever—a strong conviction for the importance of physical interaction in learning. We believe learning about technology is best when you can see it come to life; we believe learning is best when students are engaged and having fun.
